I really enjoyed my stay here, especially with the comfy coffee machine in my room and the clean bathroom that made things easy. The cozy lounge area was perfect for relaxing after a day out, and I also appreciated the well-kept garden for a nice walk. Just a heads up, the shower could spill a bit of water on the floor, but it's a minor thing overall—definitely recommend checking this place out! 😊

During my stay, I was disappointed by the high noise level, especially since my room was right by the Main Street, making it difficult to sleep at night. Additionally, the Wi-Fi connection was almost non-existent, which made it challenging to stay connected. To top it off, the breakfast options were quite limited, and I found the choices unappealing compared to what I had hoped for.

Staying for a quick visit to the Cathedral of Essen, I appreciated how close the hotel was to local attractions like Limbecker Platz shopping center and the museum. The room was well-decorated, clean, and comfortable, which made for a pleasant retreat after a day of exploring. One nice surprise was the breakfast buffet, which offered a great variety of options, something you don't often see. Overall, a decent experience that hit the mark for my needs.

Beds were great and housekeeping did an excellent job. Staff were friendly, especially when we pointed out the broken air conditioning and they worked on fixing it as soon as they could.

It was not inexpensive but still acceptable considering the services provided.

It was just a great match for getting around the area in Essen with decent value for money. The breakfast was okay, but it was very crowded, and finding a table took longer than expected. Check the parking options before arriving. it can add extra costs.

The Junior Suite was superbly clean and spacious, perfect for our family of four. The staff was friendly, and check-in went smoothly. A major downside was the negative experience I faced with an evening front desk clerk who was dismissive when I inquired about local transportation. Despite several good encounters, this one left a bad impression. Dining was delightful with options like homemade pies and jams that really stood out.
